He mentions the main ubuntu.com/support page is shown, but doesn't mention that Ubuntu Forums isn't shown anywhere on that page. You have to click on a small obscure link toward the bottom to get to another page that has a small section that mentions the forum. It's almost like they're ashamed of us.
