Keyboard and Suspend Problem with Clevo W370ST

Hi! I recently buyed a Clevo W370ST (http://www.clevo.com.tw/en/products/...?productid=405), but up to now... I couldn't get the keyboard working properly.
Some special commands (Fn+something) doesn't work (only sound stuff worked, saying the truth), and I tryed everything I could find in the web to configure it's keymap to pt-br, but none fit.

Another problem is that I can't suspend my pc... it just don't come back from the darkness... and I need a cold boot. =/

Can somebody give me a hint? Thanks in advance!

    Hi!

Was this machine originally delivered with Windows?

    Yep... It was.
Everything worked fine there... but I wanted to go fast to Ubuntu... call me dumb, but I didn't backup Windows.

Switching keyboard from (US) to (US, alternative international) solved the problem of pt-br partially...
But... one of the various I tryed (don't remember well who), I could type alt+f2 and "run" window appear... but not in the others. Since I didn't change any shortcut, I believe there's something wrong yet.

Suspend and special keys still not working...

Judging from the kernel, you are using Precise?

Yes, it is. I downloaded it about 3 weeks ago. 12.04.3
    Then... updated everything: #apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade

I tryed Raring Ringtail with liveUSB, but no success.

Does this behavior occur if you run a Live session?

Don't bother with Saucy. It is still in testing.
