Ubuntu 12.04 Clearlooks for Window Theme

How do we install the clearlooks theme for ubuntu 12.04? i believe we have a folder usr/share/themes/Clearlooks.

Can we use that? Because whenever I try to use Advanced Settings, clearlooks still won't appear.

Is there no other way? Can't we just make the clearlooks or usr/share/themes /clearlooks theme appear on the selection of themes in the ubuntu tweak or the tweak tool?

Though the old version will work in XFCE and I think Lubuntu you need the Gnome 3.4/3.6 version in the Ubuntu desktop and Gnome shell or fallback session.
