Yes its possible, but there is a fair amount of 'hacking' involved. This is a thread for the Nexus 7 about using multiple Android roms and Ubuntu on the one device and selecting at boot... http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2011403 I know this is for the N7 and not a phone but I am sure with a little bit of searching or work it could be used on a phone as well. (I only have an Xperia Z and the N7 so dont really search much beyond those devices sorry)
