I have no idea what you want to do. Do you want to install OS X over Ubuntu? Do you want to install it on a different partition? You cant install it from Ubuntu as it is not a program but an OS.

If you're just trying to install os x while also having ubuntu installed you should use the os x recovery partition, assuming you are using a Mac. im pretty sure theres no way to do it while actually booted in to ubuntu.
