    Ubuntu 12.10 is constantly crashing

Hi, my Ubuntu 12.10 keeps crashing I am new to this but enjoying the challenges I keep facing. It seems to be whenever I'm doing something... I am using an Acer Aspire v3 551. And all I can think is to attach my Xorg.0.log to get some info I have put it into a .doc document. If you need any more information from me then I will be so glad to reply.

Thank you so much if anyone can help

Re: Ubuntu 12.10 is constantly crashing

Are you sure that your card can use the radeon driver?
My laptop reports that I'm using "Gallium 0.4 on ATI RS690". The RS690 is the X1250 card.
I might be wrong but 12.10 is working fine for me.
BTW you could have just copied your log file and pasted it between CODE tags (The # symbol next to <>)

Haha dam i will remember that! But how will I be able to check which card can use the driver? I'm sorry but I am an absolute nooby on this and need a step by step if possible? And how would I resolve this issue if it is. Thanks a lot!
