RR is in freeze time now; maybe we'll get a FFE in the coming days, but i suppose devs have higher bug fixes priorities. By the way the 19/20 diff is thin.

If you must have a newer version now, the mozilla beta ppa has raring pacakges for fx 21 (these days I just always use the beta channel, its super stable). I love firefox 20+, its smooth scrolling is a massive improvement over 19 on my laptop, so buttery smooth!

FF 20 is already built in Launchpad for RR.
But the state of the build is now "accepted", not "done".
So, just wait for couple a of hours, or download FF 20 manually and install with dpkg.
