Merging Lens Search Results Into One?

Hello all,

I am using the Dash more and more, and while I like it (took some getting used to), I was wondering if there was a way to merge all the results into one list? For example, I could search music, or video, or spotify, etc, but I have to click on each tab at the bottom of the dash window then search or use a keyboard shortcut. Is there a way to do a global search using Dash? Thanks in advance!

What do you mean? The Dash is already global search. And it will get even better in 13.10 with the new 100 Smart Scopes giving you all the results you need.

What I mean is that when I hit the windows key, the Dash comes up and the tab that's highlighted is the "Home" tab. I search for say "Metallica" and it says nothing found. I click on the "Music" tab, and search for the same thing, and it finds it. I was wondering if there was a way for the results to show up in the "Home" tab instead of having to go to the "Music" tab.
