Where are they?
I guess I will add my rather normal looking desktop. I would love to find a nice Cyberpunk style one to replace it.

Don't waste your energy trying to change opinions ... Do your thing, and don't care if they like it.
Been a while since I did one of these, so here we are...

Here is my desktop for the time being. I like the simplicity and the effectiveness of it. What Windows 8 could have been without the tiling/confusing bit.

Here is my April desktop. Not sure where I got the wallpaper.
I just switched to Openbox, aiming for a minimalistic desktop. The panel auto-hides, an empty desktop for me means just a wallpaper, nothing else...
WM: openbox
Theme: Siva Flat Rounded Darkest (with some custom adaptations)
Icons: AwOken
Editor: scribes + gedit
Filemanager: pcmanfm
Dock/panel: tint2
Launcher: synapse
Terminal: guake + terminator
Shell: zsh
Cat: Sam
Fullscreen versions: empty | panel only | some windows | guake | coding | synapse | terminator with ncmpcpp and more
