Need package for audio and video codecs (mp4, mp3)

Hello,
I have installed Ubuntu 12.04.2 and it works great, but i need the audio and video codecs for mp4 and mp3 but i dont have internet at home, so i need to download it at school. but the school computers run Windows 7, instead of Ubuntu, like my laptop. so basically i need a file with the codec installers for Ubuntu, downloaded ion windows.

you may want to look at this page and it's links it describes how to set up a local repository using a usb drive.
or you can down load the correct files and install them.
