Open windows or application from it self

Hello,
i have Ubuntu on my computer and every 5 min my mouse goes nuts and my computer opens up applicatioons 10 or so and sometimes it opens trash and up.

Can someone help me how to stop that the mouse moves from it self. And can someone help me and tell how to upload videos to facebook too. It wont work not too.

Is it a wireless mouse?

Mine does the same thing when the batteries are almost dead.

no it is not a wireless mouse. Cable and it makes it all the time. weird
