    AVCONV Won't Convert

    I've been using AVCONV to convert videos to a lower resolution and standard format. For some reason any videos I try from my Android phone will not work and the conversion never completes and the output file just continues to grow. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

    here is the command I'm doing
    "avconv -i inputfile.mp4 -s 640x480 -c:v libx264 output.mp4

    Can you give the complete commandline and uncut terminal output?
