"Wine windows loader" not showing up after install

I've just upgraded to ubuntu 12.10, but I haven't been able to get wine to work.

It shows up as installed in Ubuntu Software Center, but when I go search for it in dash, only Winetricks, Uninstall Wine and Configure Wine show up.

Though I've been using Ubuntu a bit for a couple of years, I really don't know what I am doing most of the time.
Hopefully some genius will be able to tell me that the solution is really simple

Version: Ubuntu 12.10 32bit, Wine 1.4

Any suggestions as to what might be the problem or what I would need to do to figure that out?

Just start a Windows EXE file, Wine should start the EXE correctly.
