...well kinda. So with limited knowledge of DNS and root servers, I was thinking, What if you added your IP addr to the list of root servers on your computer.
Of course you would have to add all the appropriate pointers to the list as well, and if any of your friends wanted to join they would have to config their computers to have the IP addr on their list of root servers as well.
EX: www.google.batman
or something like that. I know you would need to use relatively obscure TLD names like batman. But I was just wondering if anyone in the community knew if it would work or not. I don't have much experence and will be trying to set it up myself when I get the chance if it dose, cause there would be no problem configuring doing that w/ my friends if I got it set up in the first place.
