I have inherited a system with Ubuntu 8.04, and I'm working with vsftpd. I'm having a problem with it and I want to be sure I have the latest version. Here's what I see:

This says to me I have version 2.0.6 (!?) - I know the latest is >3. I've tried `apt-get update && apt-get upgrade`, but it doesn't appear to touch vsftpd. Maybe my sources aren't getting updated?
Any help would be appreciated.
