Hi guys,
Right first off I'm currently using Linux Mint 14 but the reason behind me not posting this question on their forum is because I'm going to be switching back to Ubuntu when 13.04 is released ...
Anyway. The solution should be able to be produced on either as their pretty much the same, but my problem is this I've got two screens, one is a VGA ( which is plugged into a VGA to HDMI adapter ) at 1024x768 monitor and a HDMI ( which is plugged into a HDMI to DVI adapter XD ) at 1920x1080.
Before I started plugging them into adapters ( more on this in a minute ) I had them in their original slots which ended up with my panel being on my HDMI monitor which I was fine with.
After I'd plugged in the adapters its switched around and now my panels are on my secondary monitor ( which is my VGA one ).
My question is, how would I be able to, if possible, change my primary screen to the HDMI one?
Oh and the reason I'm using adapters is because at this current time I'm using an ATI Radeon 5450 card, but if I can get this fixed I'm going to switch to the ASUS nVidia GeForce 210 card XD so if you could, could you tell me a solution for both cards it would be amazing
Oh and one last thing ( I do apologize ) I once tried installing ATi's Catalytic Control Centre but it broke my graphics completely so I'm using O/S drivers
Thanks.
Jamie E.
