Ubuntu one not uploading file - android

On my Nexus 7 I saved a txt file from Officesuite pro 7 to my U1 directory, and now I have no idea how to get it to upload onto the cloud. Is there something I should be doing, or am doing wrong?

are you positive the Ubuntu One App is running on your phone? If you run a Task Manager or Process Killer, on your phone, you could be killing the ubu1 client that handles the uploads

Also, double check that you didn't accidentally unsync the ubuntu one folder. Give it time too, in case Officesuite pro 7 is a large folder.

Open the Ubuntu One files app, go to the folder you want to have your file synced to, click the plus button in top right corner and select "Add file", pick your text file and it will be uploaded to Ubuntu One.
