Doesn't surprise me. Muon doesn't even have a way to update apps. I only learned partway through the apt-get update process (because clicking some alert brought it up) that there's a separate app for that, which I never even noticed in the applications menu.
(This is so far my biggest complaint with KDE itself — things that ought to be part of the same app or the same menu or whatever are often not. I understand the need for Linux to be modular and all, but they take it way too far.)
