    Middle button click

I know it is VERY silly, but it makes me unconfortable. I was used (from Windows) that when I press middle button on mouse.. I could scroll easier.
So is there some register, what happens, when I press certain mouse buttons?
Thanks for help (please, do not anwser with hate)

Not really sure since I now use KDE as my desktop environment (lots of settings by default) but you could try installing gpointing-device-settings and try some of the settings there. That's how I used to configure the scrolling for my ThinkPad's track point.

Yes, but it is about the mouse, not the touchpad. And there is no setting for mouse in gpointing Mr.Shannon..
And I am using Xfce4 enviroment (xubuntu)

For Chrome/Chromium, the AutoScroll extension would do the trick.
Middle clicking in Xubuntu has other roles. It will open a link in a new tab. Middle-clicking a tab will close it.
Same for folders in the latest Thunar 1.6.2.
It also pastes the latest selected text when pointing in an editable text area.
On the desktop, it opens a window+workspace list.

    Cheers!
