Will Ubuntu Gnome 13.04 have Gnome 3.8 or would we have to use a PPA?

To get Gnome 3.8 you'd have to use this PPA: https://launchpad.net/~gnome3-team/+..._filter=raring It's currently at version 3.7.9 but 3.8 will drop later this month
