    A Good mail server guide

OK guys I've been experimenting on setting up my own mail server for a while now.

I've been googling and found guides.

I've still not got anything working yet.

Do any of you know any good guides to get me started.

I want to be able to access the mailserver by a web interface and have multiple domains.

    Other than that I'm flexible
Always do things the hard way. After a while you learn how to make the hard way the easy way.

If you don't mind using Debian instead of Ubuntu then I've found the guide at workaround.org to be excellent (all of my servers are VM's running Ubuntu except my mail server which runs Debian just so I could follow this guide).

Even if you don't end up using it it's still definitely worth a read as it explains how all the different pieces of software needed to make a mail server fit together.
I use this setup on my home mail server, and have Roundcube running on my web-server to provide webmail access.
