Glade: Toolbar trouble

How do I get items on my toolbar, I have a toolbar already made in Glade but how can I put buttons on it?

I tried searching for a solution but I couldn't find one.

Also if I compiled the latest version of Glade can I access the latest features/widgets or will I need to wait until I upgrade Ubuntu?

make sure your tool bar is selected and then click on the pencil icon that becomes available on glade's toolbar.
This opens the toolbar editor...

Thanks for that! Can't believe it was that simple, simple when you know how I suppose.

Does anyone know if the latest Glade has the toolpalette as an option? Also I presume I would need to run the latest Ubuntu to get access to the latest widgets in Glade. Am I correct?

Ok another problem encountered. I used to be able to set custom icons with code but now I am using Glade for the toolbar.

However Glade no longer allows setting of an icon from within it... what should I do to set my own icon for a toolbar button?

Im using C++/gtkmm... Any help will be greatly appreciated!
