With the possible Rolling Release comming, and the posibile abandoment of 13.04 and 12.10 for the LTS releases with rolling updates, should I revert from 12.10 back to 12.04? I just don't want to be left in a pickle here.

As far as I am aware this is still under discussion, it would be nice to have a firm commitment one way or the other.

If any change to a rolling release comes, it won't come until at least 14.04, so don't worry about moving down to 12.04, as then it will be the next LTS.
