boot and install problems

hej .

I had a problem, I try to update my old notebook (500 RAM) with the new version of Ubuntu but it did not work, (freezes in the process)
so deleted linux partition with gpart program, But I realized my lack of RAM. So I install ubuntu 12.10 but the same I did not work.

I could not find the iso with GRUB,

I have problem with my partition since before, nut I would like to install xubuntu without format my the two main archive partition

Also I run boot recovery and as a result.

Somebody can help me to re install xubuntu and fix the mess step by step
