Google Music Manager Not Working

I installed Google Music a few days ago, it was working perfectly fine and downloading my music to my computer. Recently it wouldn't even let me open the window to open the application, but the icon would still appear in the notification bar.
I am trying to reinstall, but I keep on being told to remove some sort of "transition package" that I can't even find. I try to install, and I get the message saying "Failed to Satsify all dependences (Broken Cache)"
Any help?
