Ubuntu Bind9 DNS

Anyhow I registered a domain @ www.ds-labs.com
I'm using a SSD server with ubuntu 12.04
I've never done domain binding so I need a bit of help on how to config the zones in etc/bind/zones/linux.lan.db
I've searched around the net and all the explanations seem a bit poor.

edit: after some research apparently I have to edit virtual hosts in apache, problem here using apache2 not much documentation for that, and a lot of old stuff seems to be named differently.

When I setup my 12.04 server last summer, I used the section in the server guide for setting up BIND9 and found it rather easy and had no problem with following the directions and I have never had any issues with it since.
