Huawei e173 in 12.10 UBUNTU (Problems with the conection)

Hello, i'm portuguese and using a usb 3g modem (Kanguru). Linux recognize everything, the only problem is after creating the mobile broadband(M.B.) profile it's never able to conect! When i create the M.B. i just copy all settings from the kanguru software that t uses in windows 7!

Here in my living room i'm using my neighbors wifi conection so i can post any codes you want!

It recognizes it i tried all combinations posible while creating a mobile broadband profile and i just cant conect it!
