Not a complete answer, however you might be able to use this info to find your local folders.

My Thunderbird local folders are located .... /home/pfeiffep/.thunderbird/6t6drol7.default/Mail/Local Folders

When I right-click on a message, and then select Save As..., it gets saved to disk in Unix mbox format. Does it sound as what you want?

I want that action to be automatically done, meaning with a filter of thunderbird or with a script of Python

Well, I guess your emails are stored on an IMAP server then. I'm not aware of any tool that allows you to write a python script that selectively fetches your emails, but if you don't mind doing it in lua, there's imapfilter.

Well, you also can try fdm. It works with both POP3 and IMAP, and uses regular expressions. Or readmsg from GNU mailutils.
