Oww, that's really cool and awesome, I think I'll either install lubuntu-desktop on my current Ubuntu setup or dual boot with it!
Currently Ubuntu 12.10 — with GNOME Shell. Faience Ocre icon theme, shell theme, GTK theme and window theme.
Extensions used: Dash to dock, Show desktop button, User Theme. Oh, and using the GNOME PPA to have Nautilus 3.6.
