Boot Up/Suspend problems - I really need help !
ASUS EeePC 1000HG (blutooth+3G networking) 1GB RAM
My netbook started having suspend problems and now it won't boot up unless it has been left for a period of time since the last complete shutdown.
I have tried various scripts and resetting the CMOS but these haven't worked.
So I have decide to try a clean install of 12.04 LTS Desktop. I have created a bootable usb with the 12.04 iso installed and this works as I tested it on a windows machine.
Unfortunately when I change my BIOS on the netbook to boot from the usb stick the machine hangs and need the power removed and to be left for a period of time before it will boot up again.
So, is there any way I can boot the netbook (after waiting) into UBUNTU normally then vis the console mount and install from the USB stick manually?
Help is really appreciated,
