It there a LTS version of linux that looks exactly like OSX

I really love Ubuntu 10.04 as you could use macbuntu to make it look awsome, even if it wasnt precisely like osx, I loved it. Sadly this will no longer be supported. Can you recommend a distro that will suit me. I dont get on well with unity

Maybe you will like the look of Fuduntu?

You may like to try Pear Linux , "The most advanced desktop OS I've ever made" as the humourous dev says.

Elementary OS seems like a more in-depth project, but its still in beta.

I personally liked Fuduntu a lot when I tried it, but it is actually based on Fedora, not Ubuntu.

Probably the closest you will get is Pear Linux, I have it installed myself, it has been
    no problem and fairly fast.

I've seen screenshots of people using those theme sets with Fuduntu.

It's not exact, but Xubuntu can themed up pretty close, using avant window navigator (in the repos) for the dock, and Slingshot menu for a pretty good imitation of Launchpad. http://www.ubuntubuzz.com/2011/12/in...slingshot.html

I've had the noobslab Mac theme on my system for a while without any issues.

You can install gnome-shell and then install a theme that looks like Mac OS X if you really want. Not sure why you'd want to install a Mac OS X theme though as there's a lot of better themes.
