What you you mean return? Un-install? That is an option in synaptic.

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you can't use Synaptic to install downloaded *.deb files. However if you double-click them, they should open in Software Center which will install them for you.

From the context provided by the OP, I'm guessing there may be a couple issues. The first may be language barrier. The second is the lack of clarity in conveyance of the issue being experienced.
My intution says that something was removed via synaptic (tinkering/exploring) and the op has, perhaps, had an "oh $#it" moment and wishes to "return" it back to its original state. Perhaps the OP is looking for something that WAS in synaptic that may not be available via software center.
Just a guess. I'd be happy to be wrong.
