    Question Kmail grey folders

    There are a few grey folders among the blue ones and I can't move messages into them. It seems to be something to do with reaching a limit. My e-mail account is an IMAP and my provider's webmail allows me to do filing. Is there something I can tweak in Kmail?

    I don't use KMail, but are you sure you have "subscribed" to those folders?

    I am subscribed to the grey folders and I can move messages to their sub-folders providing that they are blue.

    I've been to the account settings and looked at custom colours. OpenPGP messages and HTML status bar background are grey but, this doesn't help me to understand grey folders or how to change settings to allow me to move messages to them.
