    Feisty February first screenshot!
I'm really happy with Ubuntu 12.10 and Unity, now I'm playing with Ruby on Rails and Sublime Text 2.

    Re: Fabulous February's Screenshot thread

My first screenshot of the month, and my probably my first screenshot since coming back from winter vacation as I've been pretty busy lately. No, I'm not posting a (K)(X)(L)Ubuntu right now.

    Full-size screenshots here:
    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...nshotArch2.jpg

Another shot of my Arch Linux install, running the KDE desktop. I've gotten Arch to work very well for me, having learned some of its inner workings. The wallpapers are ones that I've used for my KDE installs before, a pair of custom-made (by me) Hatsune Miku wallpapers. The rest of the interface, I very much mimicked my Kubuntu install... using a Mac OS X style interface.

All in all, pretty much anything I can do on Ubuntu or its derivatives, I can do in Arch just as easily with a little manual installs and some compiling from the AUR. So a part of me is wondering whether I should make Arch my primary Linux in place of Kubuntu, my secondary Linux in place of Bodhi, or whatever.

    Computer: Desktop
    Distro: Arch Linux
    Desktop Environment: KDE Plasma 4.9.5
    Plasma Theme: Amakage (from KDE-Look)
Window Theme: Oxygen Transparent (from AUR)
Color Scheme: Obsidian Miku (modified from Obsidian Coast)
Left Wallpaper: custom-made Vocaloid 2 "Hatsune Miku Collage 1" (16:9 version)
Right Wallpaper: custom-made Vocaloid 2 "Hatsune Miku Collage 2" (16:10 version)
    Icons: Oxygencolors v6.2 (Cyan color)
Dock: Docky ... features include: Anchor logo removed using gconf, Custom launchers for Takeoff Launcher, Plasma Activities, Dolphin, and link to my Zelda fanfiction... all with custom icons, all pre-made before dropping into Docky
Special Features: Dual displays, Takeoff Launcher

Don't like Unity? Hate it? Not your cup of coffee? Ubuntu does provide choices. There's GNOME Shell, KDE Plasma, Xfce, LXDE, and now MATE and Cinnamon. Take your pick

Finally settled down nothing fancy . Really helps me feel better when it's so cold outside that you get brain freeze just by going outside.
