    Re: Help Me

    Thread moved to General Help

Hi Aliana and welcome to the forums.

I have edited your thread title to improve your chances of getting help. In future, please use descriptive thread titles that tell us something about your problem. Generic titles like 'Help Me' tell us nothing and reduce your chances of getting help as many will just move on rather than going to the trouble of finding out what you want help with.

I have also moved the thread to General Help as Installation & Upgrades is 'For questions about upgrading and installation of your new Ubuntu OS.'

    Good luck.

PS: I notice this is now solved. Please confirm the fix provided by ibjsb4 worked or share how you fixed if it didn't to help other users. Thanks.

    BB
