Problem running Oblivion

Hia , I recently got oblivion for pc installed it using wine ok but whenever I try to play it sometimes it freezes after about 2 minutes of playing and sometimes it won't even load, I've turned down all the graphics put the resolution on the lowest but it still won't work , does anyone know what could be wrong?

You might try PlayOnLinux, which downloads the most appropriate version of wine for each program, and makes its own virtual drive for each program. I own Crossover, but I'll admit that PlayOnLinux does a terrific job.
