DDR(1) Dual Channel - Kingston

Hello,

I have a Pentium 4 computer with Dual Channel mode.
If I put Kingston 4 x 1 GB memory cards into the motherboard it only detects 2 GB of available memory, but dual channel is activated. I tested them separatly all the cards work fine then. I also borrowd some memory from a friend of mine. Wich is 4 times 1 GB of ADATA this shows me 4 GB of memory and Dual Channel active. Now I am wondering how this is possible, so I hope you guys can help me out.

Somehow I managed to get it to work by changing the cards around.
