Mouse hover has delay click

Hello all,

Since I upgraded to Ubuntu 12.10 my mouse has a sort of delay click.
When I hover anything, my cursor gets darker over time and clicks.
It seems that hovering is doing what you would expect a single click to do (but to a delay). Does anyone know how I can change this setting?

I've never heard of this feature, but it can probably be turned of in accessibility settings.

System Settings -> Universal Access -> Pointing and clicking -> Hover click
