Themes not changing Minimize Maximize and Close button.

Hi friends,

I tried downloading many themes as Mac look like from xfce-look.org

Some of them are:
MacBird , iMetalLeopard , TrueMac and NotMac

But none of the above themes are able to change the look of Minimize, Maximize and Close button. Right now I am using NotMac theme. Almost everything is changed but top three buttons are little stubborn to change

I went through this page: http://wiki.xfce.org/howto/xfwm4_theme
To find how to create theme. There I read that only .xpm images are supported so I changed the images in NotMac/metacity-1 to .xpm format from .png format but still on applying new theme nothing is changing

Can anyone please help, I am on Xubuntu 12.04?

Just a guessing since I don't use xfwm (the default window manager of Xubuntu), maybe you need to change the xfwm theme manually.

Do you know about any tutorials or guide for xfwm? And just curious which Window Manager do you use?

The title bar theme selection is under Settings > Window Manager in the XFCE session but I think there are differences in the Xubuntu menu.

Do you know about any tutorials or guide for xfwm? And just curious which Window Manager do you use?

I use Emerald, because it's compatible with Compiz.
