Ubuntu Extra Shot
Upgrade took approximate 1:15 min,very pleased with the results,Hats off to the Lubuntu team,cleaned up Synaptic (residual config) and used GTKorphan,(not much to clean)ran Bleachbit,(clean,autoclean,and autoremove from LXterminal)
Software Sources seems to take longer to open,no big deal.

yeah upgrade is 45min - 1:20. fresh install is much faster.

well depends how many dependencies you have and PPA's. also depends on internet connection speed.
