Hi everyone :

Lately when I boot my machine I get the following about 50% of the time: 'the disk drive for /tmp is not ready yet or not present....' along with some options like waiting or pressing either 'M' or 'S'. I simply wait for roughly 20 seconds & the machine resumes the boot process.

I have googled this quirk but to no avail. Some suggested a full disk. Others suggested a remount option which I find to be a temporary solution.

Any feedback on this peculiar boot behavior would be appreciated.
