BIOS sata and IDE 2nd HD????????

hi

i have a Ratel pc, with one HD sata. I have a second HD (IDE) that i want to add. Right now the connector (ide-sata) is connected. i have sata to ide adapter (http://ghzcomputer.com/Specs/Connect...DE%20CONVERTER).

The IDE hd have a green light. everything is ok. But in the BIOS what i do ? The Bios cannot see the IDE HD.

the second HD (IDE) have a jumper , this HD is a slave device the OS is on the sata drive. this one have data only.

can you help?

Try setting the IDE drive to master. There is no master/slave with sata drives.
