VirtualBox: NAT not Internet Access - Host Ubuntu 12.10 - Guest Windows 8 Pro
So normally when you startup a VirtualMachine by default it gives you internet access, but for some weird reason is not working, I have been only available to do PING to the HOST machine, but that's it . Can't access internet for no reason.
EDIT: I figure it out, just pointing the DNS address to my Host DNS address did the job.

Hi KvZoN!
I am having the same problems right now.
I updated yesterday to 12.10 and have Windows XP in the virtual machine.
As you could, I also can ping to the host with ipconfig /all .
I don't understand what you exactly mean by: "pointing the DNS address to my Host DNS address" ?!
What exactly do I have to do?!
Thank you in advance for your answer!
