How to remove Steam Game from system?

I have installed Serious Sam 3 BFE and Team Fortress 2 on my computer thru steam. It installed them into my /home/ directory and I am running out of space, how do I uninstall these games? I went to synaptic and doing a search but they don't show up. I went into the steam client and don't see a remove button, only a play button. Can anyone please help?

UPDATE: within the steam client, in your game library just right click on the game you want to remove and click on "delete local content" then it uninstalls the game. Thanks to irc chat.
