How to read values/counters for the PERF architecture from my own program
Hello !
I am writing a program which has to consider the cpu load impact is has and respect the overall memory situation.
I found that there is "perf", but found no info [except some pages at Red Hat] about how to obtain such values inside my program [which I am writing with mono] or even a more architectorial site of "perf".
In Windows infrastructure, I would just use the "PerformanceCounter" 's and I am ready to go [it's really a snap].
Would be fine, if someone could lead to into the right direction!!
Thanks so far and
best regards,
