small front in ubuntu 12.04

I have installed ubuntu 12.04 in my desktop. But the front of the title bar is very small. Please help to enlarge it. Thank you.
Also the force quit button not working.

Install myunity.You can change font size there

sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool
