Strange Message

This may be a glitch, but I have never seen this before.

Browser: Opera Version 12.12 Build 1707
Extension: Ghostery set to block all trackers
History: Delete history at browser close remember 0 websites
Cookies: Accept only from the sites I visit
Saved Passwords: None
Wired Lan no sharing enabled
Last update was installed moments before: GNU Privacy Guard

I had one tab open to Ubuntu forums when this message appeared and was just looking for a possible cause.

I've never seen that sort of message before, but I do get a similar one from NoScript if I try to click on a semi hidden button or link - it will prompt that I might be getting clickjacked and allows me to see the URL and decide what to do with it.

and your op system? Via virtualbox maybe?

Thanks for the replies ! I am not using V box or similar software. Here are my blocking settings.The cache is cleared at close also.

Is this not a VNC notice? Do you have VNC enabled?

If you mean remote desktop connection the answer is no .

I saw that message only once in my life, about 2 years ago when I was using 10.10 . My system did not go awry or something though.

A little research suggests that it's Ubuntu's keylogger protection system, but it could also be triggered by a faulty mouse config or something. Either way, I have no clue.

tl;dr I don't know

I was not opening an application when the message appeared and the was a bug report from 2011 that expired due to inactivity. There was a bug fixed released in 2010 and yet another from 8.04.
