Question success getting JMP statistical software to run under Wine?

Has anyone had success getting JMP statistical software to run in Ubuntu under Wine?

When I searched the Wine forum I got no hits for the statistical package.
At the Wine forum I found only one tale of frustration.

Does R not provide the tools you need?

JMP has a great interactive user interface for all its analyses that the various R GUI's lack.

For a productive way of doing data vizualization across a host of data analyses, nothing I know comes close.

R is a great project. You can interface the two. See:

I am hoping someone has succeeded in getting JMP for MS Windows to work in Linux under Wine.
