Time and Date dissappeared after update.

After updating to 12.04.1 LTS, upper right corner Panel with clock and "shutdown" menu disappeared. It is not present in Gnome Classic, with or without special effects, or any others enviroments (i have no unity installed), but is present on admin own personal account.
Should i try to install indicator-timeline (but i have no root, so how i install it on my own local account?), or try to mess with settings?

Right clicking on panel has no effect.
No menu comes up, i tried on various places on panel.
On entire top panel there are only (from left to right): Ubuntu Icon, Applications, Places, and couple of program icons like firefox which i added myself. Right from there is nothing else.
