    Question Display Japanes characters in games such as Scarlet Weather Rhapsody

    Im trying to play touhou Scarlet Weather Rhapsody but my folders and the text in the application show text such as "ƒ‹"and "Œ" and "ë". Can anyone tell me how i can get the Japanese text to display?
